Once adhesive has been opened, it is good for up to 45 days. We highly recommend replacing your adhesive every 30 days for best results. If the adhesive has not been opened yet, it has a shelf life of 12 months. 

How long will a bottle of 10mL adhesive last me?

A lash tray can provide as many as 10 fills. Due to the differences in lengths you need to use on each guest, it is best to start with a Mix Tray because it has so many lengths to choose from. As you grow your client list you will want many trays with different lengths and thicknesses so you can customize your sets for each client.

How many fills does a lash tray provide?

We have many options for trainings! You can check out our online eyelash extension trainings or our in-person classes held in Phoenix, Arizona.

Yes. Lash serum can be used with our lash extension products and will help to keep clients lashes strong and healthy.

Can clients use lash serums with these extension products?

You can give clients lash fills at any time. Most clients return every 2-4 weeks for a fill.

How long must I wait to do a fill?

Adhesive should always be stored in a cool, dry place. Never place your adhesive in the freezer or refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend storing it with the lid tightly on, in an airtight container free from humidity until your next client.

What is the correct way to store adhesive?

You can request an MSDS form with your adhesive when ordering.

Where can I find the ingredients list for your products?

They sure can! We recommend checking the ingredients to ensure there is no oil in the eyeliner before using it with extensions.

Can clients wear eyeliner with extensions?

Clients can wash their lashes immediately after you apply extensions with our lashes and adhesive. Avoid oil-based cleansers, as these will break down any adhesive.

How long should clients wait to get their lashes wet after a fill or full set?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

Can I see or share some before and after photos?

We do not recommend patch testing clients, as it is not a guarantee that they won't have a reaction to our products. If your client experiences a reaction or discomfort within 72 hours of application, we recommend removing the products immediately and contacting emergency care if deemed necessary by the client. Simply Lash LLC is not responsible for any reactions caused by our products on clients or providers. It is the service provider's responsibility to ensure they are applying products properly and carefully and in accordance with their local and state training boards, guidelines, and laws. It is the service provider's responsibility to ensure that the client has no prior allergies to lash extension services that have been performed before.

Where should I patch test my clients?

We ship Monday-Friday before 3pm. You will be emailed shipping confirmation but you can also log into your account and access your order history to find your tracking number.

How do I claim for a lost/stolen/damaged package?

USPS often updates the tracking system before the package has reached its final destination. We recommend waiting a few days to see if the package turns up before getting in contact with us. We also advise contacting USPS with your tracking number to check your package has not been left with a neighbor, at a front desk or in a safe place.


My order says it has been delivered but it has not arrived?

Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us! This is why we were offer returns or exchanges of unopened, resellable products within 14 days from the purchase date. Due to issues of hygiene, Simply Lash cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. 
Returns and exchanges of unopened, resellable products (Excluding adhesive) are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with a store credit in the amount of purchase, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. To request a product exchange within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt, please email customer service at simplylash.us@gmail.com. In the event that a return or exchange is desired, please contact Simply Lash Customer service within fourteen (14) days of product receipt at simplylash.us@gmail.com with your order number. 
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and usually take between 3 and 5 business days.
